California Avenue
Mott Watkins Associates was appointed by Atlantic County to redesign California Avenue, County Route 663, between Fire and Shore Road in Egg Harbor Township, Absecon, and Pleasantville. Mott Watkins Associates was responsible for the surveying, permitting, and design of the 1.3 mile road. The design included the reconstruction of California Avenue along with associated drainage and the installation of a guide rail. In addition to the design, Mott Associates was responsible for the construction management of this project to ensure all work was preformed per the design specifications. The total cost of this project was $600,000.

Greenbank Road
Mott Watkins Associates was responsible overseeing the construction management for the reconstruction of Greenbank Road (CR 563). This roadway reconstrucion project included guiderail replacement, road side embankment restoration and roadway asphalt reconstruction. The roadway improvement costs were over $1,000,000 and the project was completed in December of 2019.

Highway Improvement Program
2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2018
Mott Watkins Associates was appointed by Atlantic County to provide construction management services for the 2011 Highway Improvement Program and again for 2012 and 2014. Responsibilities included inspecting all work daily required for this project to ensure it was performed as per the design specifications. In addition, the firm was responsible for reviewing all pay estimates and change orders. The total cost of the projects were approximately $1,200,000; $1,900,000; $2,900,000; and $1,600,000.
